I fixed this for dinner and DH said "This has become one of my most favorite salmon dishes yet." That's alot of words out of his mouth while he is busy eating. So that tells me he thought this was awesome! This is full of flavor and looks great plated. Next time I will lower the heat to prevent the salmon from turning so dark while cooking. It came out moist and flaky. I served it with steamed broccoli and a great tasting roasted potato dish Spicy Roasted Potatoes. Thanks, Chef Dudo for posting.

Another great salmon recipe from Zaar, thank you Chef Dudo. I made up double the spice mix so we'd have it ready for a quick meal next time. I'd like to try this with chicken next, it is such a great combination of spices.

This was VERY good. I had 2 filets, & it was just the right amount of seasoning. It was just a tad salty, but that may have been because of the type of cajun spice I used (Tony Chachere's Creole). It was delicious, thanks for posting. Definetily a keeper.
