RECIPE BY: Kim

My husbands friend gave us this recipe. He makes it all the time. He told us about it and gave us the recipe, we tried it and like it. So I thought I would share. I know there are other Tater Tot casseroles listed but I did not see this one, so I posted it. This one came form a 4 ingredent cook book.

Simply delicious. I made this for me and my husband to take to lunch. Made it exactly by the recipe and we both loved it. Very comfort foodish. I call this quintessential middle-American fare. Brings back memories of a favorite casserole my mom used to make. Thanks for sharing a great recipe.

This was pretty good. I think next time I'll add some mixed veggie's. Thanks for sharing!

This was an easy, tasty supper dish! The only change I made was to add a chopped onion and some garlic when frying the meat. Next time I make it, I'll probably used two cans of soup, just to make the meat a little more moist. Thanks for sharing this wonderful recipe, Kim!

This was better then I expected it to be. I added onion and garlic powder to the beef when I was cooking it and added more cheddar to the top of the casserole (we love cheese). This was great and will make again.
