Gooey late night snack or good dessert. Kid love it, it is easy for them to pull apart

Ingredients

  • cans biscuits (cut in quarters)
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup pecan
  • 1 1/2 cups melted butter or melted margarine
  • cup sugar
  • teaspoons cinnamon
  • nonstick cooking spray
  • Directions

    1. 1
      In a bag or bowl, place biscuits, sugar, and cinnamon and coat the biscuits well.
    2. 2
      Spray bundt pan or bread pan with non stick coating.
    3. 3
      Sprinkle pecans on bottom.
    4. 4
      Cover with biscuits.
    5. 5
      Mix butter with sugar and cinnamon.
    6. 6
      Pour over top.
    7. 7
      Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.

      When done cooking, turn pan upside down on a plate, to let the goo run all over.

      Serve hot.

    Definatley need to put a cookie sheet under the pan you bake it in or will leave a mess in the bottom of your stove.My husband loved this, I thought it was great too..would have been good with rasins too I think. Thanks for posting!

    FANTASTIC. This recipe is so simple and the end result is yummy. You have got to try it. Just cut, shake, pour and bake. What could be easier? You won't be disappointed. Thanks for the great recipe.

    Kathy - I make a lot of monkey bread, but I have to say this method has got to be the easiest! In the past I've always dipped each piece in the cinnamon sugar, but your bag method is so much easier! This makes the most delicious, oooey gooey monkey bread. Kids will flip for it and adults will gobble it up and want the recipe!
