Hands down this is the best recipe for a blended cold Frappacchino. The first bad review was because I posted a bad review on the persons homemade fudge-it broke my mixer..lol trust me this is the best frozen Frappacchino on Zaar!

SERVES 1 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
In your blender first add your 8 ice cubes.
  2. 2
In a blender add 1/2 cup of whole milk.
  3. 3
Then add the 1 tablespoon of half & half.
  4. 4
Then add 2 tablespoons of vanilla syrup. (Not Extract).
  5. 5
Then add 1/4 cup of a good quality vanilla ice cream.
  6. 6
To get the right brew use 2 or 2 1/2 tablespoons of Starbucks espresso coffee packed and leveled to 1/2 cup of water then measure out your 4 tablespoons of brewed coffee.
  7. 7
You can also use this brew formula in a espresso machine. You can also use this formula using other coffees but in the franchise they use the espresso in there Frappacchinos.
  8. 8
You can use 4 tablespoons of your hot brewed flavored coffee, pour it over the ice make sure its hot it helps blend the beverage.
  9. 9
Blend on high until ice is crushed.
  10. 10
Pour into a tall glass, garnish with 2 tablespoons of Redi-Whip heavy whipped cream.
  11. 11
Espresso should be used hot, as this makes the blending of the ice even easier and makes it creamier! You can use room temperature espresso also, just use one less ice cube.
  12. 12
This recipe makes a tall Frappacchino. Enjoy!

Used this with "Perfect Espresso Without an Espresso Machine" and "Vanilla Syrup" and it turned out AWESOME! FANTASTIC! I always wanted to buy something from Starbucks, but never had the money. Now I don't have to! I now have my very own Starbucks in my very own kitchen. Thank you SOOOO much BUZY-LADY!

This was EXTREMELY good. I also am a loyal starbucks drinker, but this is just as yummy. I made sure the espresso was cooled before mixing it, and even topped it with some caramel... Ooooh, this was wonderful! THANX!!

This is delicious! I'm a very loyal Starbuck's customer, and I've gotta tell ya-- this is very close to the original Frap. I think next time I'll add some chocolate syrup or hazlnut to change things up a little. Just a note; I used 2% milk and it turned out just fine.
