Ingredients
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup whiskey
- 4 (6 ounce) salmon fillets
Directions

In Ziploc bag combine all ingredients.2
Place in fridge for one hour.3
Remove fish from bag and discard marinade.4
Place salmon skin side down on preheated barbeque grill at medium high heat.5
Cook for 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

Got fresh salmon from a friends fishing trip.This marinade was great. Used my george foreman grill came out perfect Thanks for a great & easy recipie

I only had Bourbon Whiskey in the house so that is what I used. It was a pleasant marinade, especially for being so quick. It wasn't as flavorful as the marinade I usually use so that's why I'm giving it 4 stars. My husband, who prefers a less spicy taste, favored this recipe. Thanks for sharing!

This was a really nice marinade for salmon.
Whisky is always available in my house 
so I was keen to try it.
