I wasn't sure I would like this with the coriander in it, but I've been eating it on my oatmeal for the past two days and I love it. Thank you for posting something different!

ABSOLUTELY! DELICIOUS IT IS! Guess I've been missing something in my kitchen 'cause I had no idea what Chai is/was before this! A great, versatile addition to any table! Another time I just might take other reviewers' hints & add a little ground clove, just to see how that changes this sugar! Thanks for sharing! Delicious! I love the flavors of Chai so I knew that this was going to be a winner. What a winner it was...I loved it. I did add 1/2 tsp. ground cloves (so I guess this was really 6 spice sugar), because cloves compliment the other spices so well. I added some of this spiced sugar, a little cream, and a touch of honey to a cup of tea. Yummy!! Thank you for sharing this wonderful recipe. It is definitely a keeper!!

I made a cup of Darjeeling tea, added a whole clove and some of this 5-spice sugar, stirred it up. Oh, yum! It's the flavors of chai!! Am trying it next mixed into homemade applesauce. This is a keeper!
