Loved the recipe!. Instead of crushing the garlic I coarsely chopped it - Love it all crunchy. The salmon was moist and flavorful Thanks Cooker for a lovely recipe that will be used over & over again

What a terrific and simple recipe! I love cooking, but had never tried to cook fish before. This was my perfect first shot at it. It turned out wonderful! The only thing I did different is I used 1 Tbsp butter and 1 Tbsp olive oil instead of 2 Tbsp butter, then also sprinkled salt on the fish.

We love garlic and this is the best salmon recipe I believe we have ever had. I did alittle different than recipe called for, I melted the butter and minced garlic in a baking dish in the oven and placed the seasoned salmon in dish with butter and added more melted butter and minced garlic over top and added 1 to 1 1/2c. water and baked it for 30 minutes. Turned out fabulous! This is most certainly a keeper. The flavor is just simply outstanding!! Thanks so much for sharing your recipe.

The simple recipes are always the best. This is excellent salmon that just melts in your mouth. I melted the butter, then let the garlic set in it off the heat for about 15 minutes, then proceeded with the recipe. This made for a more intense garlic flavor. Also added salt to the salmon with the lemon pepper seasoning. Thanks for sharing this yummy recipe!
