Try other Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches recipes

These sandwiches are so easy and quick to put together, but they're also quite flavorful. I had purchased some frozen chicken patties, thinking they would be handy for last-minute meals, but I really didn't care for them. I was glad when I saw this recipe mentioned in a thread, because I knew that this would be a good way to use the rest of them. I used Best Buffalo Wing Sauce!! and Blue Cheese Dressing. We do like our heat, and that sauce recipe has twice as much hot pepper sauce (Frank's RedHot) as butter and an extra flavor boost from the addition of cayenne. I generously brushed it on the patties before baking and brushed on extra while assembling the sandwiches (except our son's).
I served with Creamy Coleslaw. This is a great way to dress up and add flavor to otherwise bland and boring breaded chicken patties. Thanks for posting the recipe!

Good- and less messy than just pouring the hot sauce on as a condiment, as I've tried in the past. Thanks for a great idea!

This was a tasty sandwich that both my husband and I enjoyed. I did add a lot more hot sauce but only because we like it VERY hot. Nice

Very simple sandwich to throw together after a long day of work. I had chicken breast strips on hand that hadn't been pre-cooked, and needed to be fried prior to basting with the hot sauce and put in the oven. I just cut the long strips in half to fit the toasted buns. I used Frank's Red Hot Sauce (and more of it...LOL), and Blue (bleu) Cheese Dressing for Dummies for the bleu cheese dressing. We added a salad and a couple of cold beers to round out our meal. Simple and tasty for two dead tired people.
Thanks for posting.
