We all really liked it- but I did add some onion powder and garlic salt for more flavor. I've tried other "egg/flour bake in the oven" recipes that were not as good. Since I have trouble with timing, I always appreciate foods that are cooked in the oven. Thanks!

This was a delicious quick dish. It even tasted good reheated the next day. Serve with St.John's Broiled Tomatoes #89610. Thanks Laurie Bullwinkle

This was yummy!!! I added bacon to it and it made a wonderful weekend breakfast for our family! I'll be making this again and experimenting with different goodies!

There are some recipes you look at & just know will be winners. This was 1 of those for me. This came together in a flash using my hand-held "magic wand", was part of our dinner last nite combined w/baked fish & a mixed green salad & turned an ordinary meal into a special one. I halved the recipe & added only a bit of garlic & fresh snipped chives. My only problem - We snacked on it fresh from the oven & had no leftovers after dinner. This would be great as a brunch dish w/crumbled crisp bacon added! It will be on our table often & is definitely dinner party worthy. Thx for posting. Yum!
