Such a tasty all-in-one dish! I always love making crock pot recipes as it frees me up in the late afternoon-early evening for other things besides cooking!! I made exactly as stated other than I used frozen corn and frozen peas. It was delicious! Thanks for sharing weekend cooker! Made for 1-2-3 tag.

This was so good. I tried real hard to mess it up but it didn't work. I had everything layered in the crock pot and went to get the cream of mushroom and I didn't have any.... So I used 1/2 can of beef broth and a can of sliced mushrooms. Cooked on low 8 hours. Then added a can of cream of mushroom and put on high for 30 mins. Perfect... Very simple and tasty. Oh I did use green beans instead of peas. Personal preferance.

Delicous and very easy to make. The left overs were just as good for lunch the next day. Thank you weekend cooker for posting a recipe which will definitely become a regular meal in our household. Made for the Aussie / Kiwi Recipe swap May 09
