1-2-3 Ground Turkey Mexican Rice

Ingredients

• 1 package knorr brand fiesta blend Mexican rice

• 1 (15 ounce) can black beans

• 1 (10 ounce) can mexicorn
• 1 lb lean ground turkey

Directions

   Cook rice according to package directions.

   Brown turkey in seperate skillet until no longer pink.

   drain and rinse black beans, and drain mexi corn.

4. 4

   Mix turkey, beans and corn into rice.

   Serve with tortillas, sour cream, shredded cheese.
