Beautiful. This is the first recipe that I have tried and if this is anything to go by I can't wait to try more. Well done!

I made the caramel sauce and the ricotta cream and it was real good. But where do the bananas go in the pancakes? I couldn't figure that out so I had to use the sauce and cream for something else. But I'd like to make the pancakes someday if the directions are fixed. So 5 stars for the sauce and cream, added to 1 star for the pancake recipe I couldn't figure out equals 6, divided by 2 makes 3, so that's what I'm giving.

"Food heaven" is what I would call this. This easy to follow recipe can cheer up anyone's mood at anytime of the day. My family was drooling over this when I served it as dessert today and they really enjoyed this and so did I. The blend of the various flavours of the sauce and the cream with the pancakes is awesome and does stir a romance on the tongue
Thank you for a wonderful recipe and all the best for the contest!
