I adopted this recipe from Recipezaar as it didn't have a loving home. I haven't yet been able to make it, but since I am German and generally like a good German potato salad, I thought I would put my name on this great looking recipe! If you make it before I get a chance, please let me know what you think!

We found this salad to be just right. Do make sure you let it sit in the fridge for 4-5 hours so the flavors can blend together and it mellows out the vinegar to where it needs to be!

I made this by following the recipe exactly and it turned out so good. I was a little sceptical about the vinegar, but it really all worked together well. Thanks for sharing this, it's def. going to be added to my recipe collection to cook for my family.

This is worth the effort. I made it with both Mayo then Miracle Whip. The Miracle Whip version was a lot tastier. Joan Loof
